Products

We sell baby sling carriers and related products. We try to display product colours, descriptions, prices, availability and images as accurately as possible. Actual colours may differ slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and product batches.

Safety and use

Our products must be used according to the instructions provided. Customers are responsible for checking that the product is fitted correctly, used safely and suitable for their child and circumstances. Our product information is not medical advice.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Product prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes where required. We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order already accepted by us.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy from us. We may accept, decline or cancel an order if payment fails, stock is unavailable, details are incorrect, fraud is suspected, or an obvious pricing or product error has occurred. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store full card details. You must provide accurate payment and billing information when placing an order.

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within South Africa. Shipping is free nationwide unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Processing time is usually 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 8 to 11 business days after processing. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, incorrect addresses, high order volumes or events outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under South African consumer protection laws.

Cooling-off rights

Where applicable under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, consumers may have a cooling-off right for online purchases. Please see our Refund and Return Policy for details.

Defective or damaged products

If your product arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at kowalainfo@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy where required by law.
